She began her career as a teacher in Nuremberg, where her ambition, attention to detail, and drive for excellence quickly led to a promotion as a teacher for the State of Bavaria. Throughout her teaching career, Eva honed her skills in problem-solving, active listening, and negotiation.

Her role as a state teacher allowed her to travel extensively, where she embraced the beauty of nature, diverse architecture, and culinary delights across various cities and cultures. It was during these travels that she fell in love with the vibrant lifestyle and warm community of California, which she now proudly calls home.
